Studio City Black Car (SCBC) Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and our goal is to make your booking experience smooth and flexible.

When booking with Studio City Black Car (SCBC), all rides are reserved for the specific time and date you select. Reservations to the airport are valid only for that time and date, while reservations from the airport are valid only for the date listed on your booking. SCBC is not responsible for unused reservations or costs caused by customer error.

Our chauffeurs typically arrive within a 15-minute pickup window. Please be ready at the start of that window and remain available for the full duration. If the driver is unable to reach you or you are not present during that time, the ride may be marked as a no-show and the fare forfeited.

When making your reservation, please include your “Day of Travel” contact number. This allows your chauffeur to reach you directly if needed. Failure to provide a working contact number may result in cancellation without refund if we are unable to reach you at pickup time.

Short-Notice Reservations

Short-notice reservations are bookings made less than 12 hours before the requested pickup time. While we always do our best to accommodate last-minute rides, same-day and short-notice service depends on vehicle and driver availability.

Because of scheduling limitations, short-notice reservations are non-refundable once confirmed. If your driver cannot locate you at the pickup point and cannot reach you using the contact number provided within a reasonable time, the ride will be treated as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time by calling (833) 722-2552, emailing info@studiocityblackcar.com, or contacting us through our website at www.studiocityblackcar.com.

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on timing and trip circumstances.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup are non-refundable, including same-day bookings.

If your flight is delayed or canceled, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust or reschedule your pickup. When written proof of airline delay or cancellation is provided and a new booking is made, you may qualify for a refund or ride credit.

Failure to contact SCBC regarding delays, cancellations, or flight changes may result in a no-show status, and the fare will be forfeited.

Flight Delays or Cancellations

We understand that flight schedules can change unexpectedly. If your flight is delayed or canceled, please inform SCBC as soon as possible—ideally at least three hours before your pickup time—so we can make the necessary adjustments.

If you rebook your ride and provide airline confirmation of the delay or cancellation, you may qualify for a partial refund or credit toward your next trip. If we are not informed in advance, the booking may be considered a no-show.

Luggage and Personal Items

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings. SCBC and its drivers are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep valuables, electronics, and important documents with you throughout your ride.

If you leave an item behind, contact (833) 722-2552 as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to help locate and return your property. Delivery or shipping costs may apply.

Safety and Child Seats

For your safety, all passengers are required to wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion. Children under the age of 8 must ride in an approved car or booster seat in the back seat. Children under 2 must ride rear-facing unless they are over 40 pounds or taller than 40 inches. You may bring your own car seat at no cost, or request one during booking so it can be prepared in advance.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if seatbelt or child safety laws are not followed.
